A scope of work is the foundation of a well-planned project and can help it run smoothly. The scope of work meant to keep all the contractor and the client in agreement on the project requirements and identify potential risks that could prevent a successful and timely completion.

A projects scope of work should be written by the most trusted contractor bidding the project and then thoroughly reviewed by the client before asking for further proposals.
