Construction Inspector - FLORIDA
$55,000 annual salary
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform Structural Building Inspection duties. Inspect condominium buildings and assess the buildings for structural and quality control issues. The Inspector will also take field measurements of the property and document with photographs.
Maintains accurate, complete, and current inspection records.
Exercises tact and courtesy when conducting inspections and dealing with clients
Prepare reports and report data in a complete, timely and understandable fashion and return as required to their direct report.
Ensure that project requirements are met and compliant with inspection specifications, requirements and company policies or procedures.
Attend all staff meetings.
Drive to various job sites
Work varying shift schedule as needed.
Proper attire to be worn (work shirt and work boots).
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma and five to seven years building construction experience or equivalent. Must be able to read and interpret plans, blueprints and specifications.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
Role requires considerable walking in a variety of weather conditions and terrain. Must have valid driver’s license.

You will market and sell our reconstruction and painting services to Mulitfamily and Commercial clients.
In order to succeed, you must have the ability to build relationships and to promote service and value over price. ,You will take advantage of leadership in our organization that truly want to see you learn and advance. We provide training, tools and support, but you will enjoy a good deal of autonomy in this position as well.
To be a good fit as an Account Executive you will need:
At least 2 years of outside sales experience

A valid driver's license with clean driving record
